THE ZONE TRAINING ICE RENTAL

POLICIES & CONDITIONS

1. No refunds will be issued for any ice rental.
2.  In the event of a cancellation, a credit in the amount of the rental fee will be applied to the rental customer's account at The Zone Training.   Note: if there is a cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the ice time, there will be no credit granted to the customer.  
3. Full payment must be provided upon booking of time slot. We will not temporarily hold ice time for any period of time.  You may only book and secure ice time with full payment.
4. All participants must wear an approved CSA helmet and must also be wearing skates to be on the ice. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in automatic cancellation of the ice rental contract without refund.
5. Full hockey equipment is required for any game participation, pick-up hockey or shinny session. Parents at birthday parties must wear helmets.
6. Dressing room keys are provided at front desk upon request ( Conestogo Road only).
7. Pucks are not supplied.  Two nets will be provided on the ice if requested.
8. All time-slots are 50 minutes in duration. For example, if your time is scheduled from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, your actual on-ice time will be from 6:30pm to 7:20pm.
9. No outside hockey or goalie schools or instructors will be permitted to run on-ice practice sessions at The Zone Training without the consent of the Director of Operations. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in automatic cancellation of the ice rental contract without refund.
10. The Zone Training does not accept any responsibility for personal injury or damage, or for the loss or theft of or for anyone present on the invitation of such Team/Renter/Organization/Party.
11. Maximum of 15 players + 2 goalies allowed on the ice.
12. The listed rates do not apply to private 3 on 3 hockey leagues or custom programs. Please call for rates.
13. The listed rates do not apply to the Zone team training programs. Please call for rate information.
14. The listed rates may be subject to change without notice.
