On-ice Learn To Play

The 8 week comprehensive Learn to Play programs emphasize fun while teaching basic hockey skills including holding the stick, skating technique, shooting, passing, stick handling and agility drills. Each 50 minute class begins with a fun warm-up and finishes with a 10 minute game. There are 3 Zone instructors on the ice each session based on a full class of 14 kids. Full hockey equipment is required. We can provide a list of equipment upon request.  Note: there are no specific age groups for the sessions in this program because we prefer to group kids by ability.  Kids in our Learn to Play Hockey program are typically 4-9 years old.
