COVID-19 Vaccine Requirements

Proof of Vaccination or Medical Exemption

Earlier this month, the Ontario government announced that patrons in high-risk indoor facilities must show proof of vaccination or medical exemption alongside government-issued identification.

Effective September 22nd, the following groups are required to show these documents:

1) Spectators aged 12 years and older.  Our staff will check these documents inside the rink area during classes.

2) Participants in ice rentals or programs who are over the age of 18.  Our staff will check for these documents upon arrival at the facility.  Please arrive 15-30 minutes before your ice time.

The following groups are NOT required to show documentation:

1) Participants in programs who are under the age of 18.

2) Parents/guardians who are dropping their child off for a class. If you are coming inside the common areas of the facility, you must remain physically distanced from others and wear a mask.  You can enter and exit the facility within 15 minutes and you may tie skates or assist with equipment as necessary.  You are not allowed to enter the rink area.

How to Get Your Vaccine Receipt

The province is working to roll out a digital vaccine certificate and exemption platform. Until then, you can carry or show your digital or paper vaccine receipt provided to you when you received your vaccine. Download your vaccine receipt online at using a green health card and postal code. Anyone with red and white health cards or no health card must call 1-833-943-3900.

Continue Basic COVID-19 Protocols inside the facility:

Non-medical face masks are not required to be worn on the ice, however, they are required at all other times in the facility.  Everyone entering the facility must self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms prior to arrival and/or using the checklist on the door.  If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.
