PD Day & Holiday Camps

The focus of the PD Day Skill Development camp is to teach players a variety skills including power skating, shooting, stickhandling, passing and puck skills. The day consists of two 1.5-hour on-ice sessions and two 1-hour dryland training sessions. During the dryland session, players focus on balance, coordination, agility and quick feet.

Our staff is available to assist players with skate tying and other equipment if required, however, we do expect that children can get the majority of their equipment on without assistance.
