Pre-School Learn to Skate

This 4-week program is intended for 3 and 4 year olds who have never skated before. This is a great option for parents that might be unsure if their child is ready for the commitment of our regular 8-week programs. All sessions are 30 minutes and feature a 2:1 student to instructor ratio.

The goal of the program is to get children out on the ice on their own, stand with a skating-aid, learn to fall down & get up, balance and march on the spot. 

• Classes have a maximum of 8 students with 4 instructors.
• Children are required to wear skates and a CSA approved helmet with a protective cage or face mask. We do not have this equipment available for sale or rent at our facility.
• Additional equipment is optional. Most children wear warm winter clothing (ie snowsuit and mittens) because it is cold in the facility year-round.
• Note: There are no refunds granted at any time.  We can provide credit on account, less a $28.25 admin fee, for cancellations made 72+ hours before the program starts.  Credit on account is not available within 72 hours of the program start time or anytime thereafter.
