The Zone Training is the ideal place to play 3 on 3 hockey, work out with your team, skate with family and friends, host a birthday party and much more! Choose between Rink 1 and Rink 2 to find the perfect match for your needs.

RINK 1

Rink 1 is 110' x 50' and features REAL ice, boards, and glass. Just picture a smaller-scale version of any other rink you have been to. With benches, dressing rooms, and showers,

we have all the amenities you need!

Summer Rate: July 1st to Labour Day - $225

Weekend Rate: Year-Round - $225

Weekday Rates: September to June

Prices listed below are based on a 50 minute rental with a start time that falls within the range of time listed.

10:30am - 2:30pm: $120**
3:30pm: $190**
4:30pm - 9:30pm: $225
9:30pm - 11:30pm: $190**

**This rate does not apply on Holidays, PD Days or School Breaks in the UGDSB or WCDSB. The rate is $225 on those dates.

Rules & Regulations:

There is a maximum of 14 participants permitted on the ice including spares, goalies, coaches and parents.
All time-slots are 50 minutes in duration. For example, if your time is scheduled from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, your actual on-ice time will be from 6:30pm to 7:20pm.
Pucks are supplied along with two nets. Use of the score clock is not permitted.
Full payment must be provided upon booking. We will not temporarily hold ice time for any period of time. You may only book and secure ice time with full payment.
In the event of a cancellation, refunds will not be granted at any time. A credit in the amount of the rental fee will be applied to the rental customer's account at The Zone Training. Note: if there is a cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the ice time, there will be no credit granted.
All participants (including adults) must wear an approved CSA helmet and must also be wearing skates to be on the ice. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in automatic cancellation of the ice rental without refund.
Full hockey equipment is required for any game participation, pick-up hockey or shinny session.
No outside hockey or goalie schools or instructors will be permitted to run on-ice practice sessions at The Zone Training without the consent of the Owner. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in automatic cancellation of the ice rental contract without refund. Note: Volunteer minor hockey coaches are permitted to rent the ice to work with players on their team.
Figure Skating is not permitted on our ice surface without consent of Management prior to the ice time. Call to discuss options.
The Zone Training does not accept any responsibility for personal injury or damage, loss or theft of personal items, or for anyone present on the invitation of such Team/Rental Customer/Organization/Party.
The consumption of alcohol and use of tobacco are strictly prohibited at this facility. The use of these items or similar products will result in automatic cancellation of the facility rental without refund.

RINK 2

Rink 2 is perfect for players and goalies who are looking to get on real ice to work on their skills. Ideal for stickhandling and shooting, goalie development and those who are just learning to skate or play hockey. Each ice rental is 45 minutes and there is a max of 3 participants.

Rate: $80+HST

There is a maximum of 3 people total allowed on Rink 2 including goalie, coach, parents, etc.
If players are over the age of 14 we do not permit tight turns or skating drills due to the size of ice and manual maintenance required between sessions.

We provide 1 net and pucks only.

Gym Space

Our gym space is ideal for team dryland training, small classes with personal trainers, boot camps and more! Limited equipment is provided (pictured).

Group of 1-6 People

$35+HST per hour

Group of 7-18 People
$85+HST per hour

This space is intended for fitness and dryland training only. We do not permit soccer, lacrosse, football or any other sport to be played in this space without the permission of Zone Training Management.
Group organizers are responsible for damage to equipment or the facility during their rental time.
Full payment must be provided upon booking. We will not temporarily hold rentals for any period of time. You may only book and secure rentals with full payment.

All participants under the age of 18 must be supervised.
Indoor running shoes must be worn. No outside footwear, bare feet, cleats or winter boots are allowed.

Decorations, food, drinks, cutlery etc. are not provided.
