This camp covers techniques and strategies specifically for defensemen that will enhance their overall ability and skill set. Our instructors will cover defence specific skating skills, puck control, passing and shooting. Players are also taught angling techniques and “read and react” skills.
This camp includes two 1.5 hour ice sessions and two 1 hour off-ice activities sessions per day.

The Zone Training & Jam School have partnered to offer a Rock Star Hockey Camp! The camp is geared toward beginner level musicians and participants will get a chance to try playing guitar, drums, keyboard or bass! Instruments are provided at no extra charge.
This full day camp includes three hours of music instruction, a 1.5 hour on-ice session and a 1 hour off-ice activities session each day.

This full-day camp is geared toward young players who are still learning the fundamentals of the game. During on-ice sessions, players will focus on power skating, shooting, passing, stickhandling, etc. Players will also participate in scrimmages and game play. During off-ice training, children will take part in basic exercises and games that will help improve their balance and agilty.
This camp includes two 1.5 hour ice sessions, a 1 hour off-ice activities session and a 1 hour games/arts/crafts session per day.
Note: To attend this camp, players should posess basic skating skills and should be able to put the majority of their equipment on by themselves. Our staff will be available to assist with equipment and tie skates.

This camp includes power skating instruction with a focus on stride correction, balance and edge control in addition to proper shooting technique for wrist shots and backhand shots. Players will work on stationary shooting and shooting on the fly while incorporating stickhandling and passing during fast-paced drills.
