This 4-week program focuses on specific defensive techniques and strategies including defense-specific skating, puck control, passing and shooting. Players will also develop their angling techniques and situational “read and react” skills. Each session is 50 minutes with a maximum of 4 players and 1 instructor, held on half-ice.
Note: Players must possess basic stickhandling, passing and shooting skills to qualify for this program.
