This 8-week program includes shooting and power skating instruction each week. The focus of the program is to emphasize proper technique for forward stride, backward skating, crossovers, and wrist shot (stationary and on the fly). There is a maximum of 10 players with 2 instructors and each session is 50 minutes.

This 4-week semi-private program will focus on shooting technique and accuracy. Players will practice stationary wrist shots and shooting in stride on their forehand and backhand. There is a maximum of 2 players with 1 instructor and each session is 45 minutes. Sessions are held on Rink 2 (40' x 20' Real Ice).
Note: This is not a beginner program. Players must have an understanding of basic technique and a comfort level with shooting and stickhandling before registering for this class. This class aims to improve shooting technique and accuracy.
